There are many style of relationship models unfortunately people have their own perceive notions or projections, but i will show you different styles that are unusual that i have witness:

The married man with escorts: He is married and only sleep with escorts or prostitutes. The downside is condoms and not kissing...
The married swingers: is typically a normal relationship they go to swingclubs and they sleep around with other people or couples.
The cuckhold: married man that lets wife sleep with other men, sometimes they get off from this arrangements....
The nanny: married man were the wife makes the money and he takes care of the kids at home.

The roomates: married couple live together and act like a couple for the kids but they both don't sleep together but date other people.
