I noticed something with my game. I'm still very nervous when approaching girls. In the past I'm not normally like that. I realised if you haven't been going out for over a year and you haven't maintained you skills in that time. You have to build it all up from scratch. Now I just have to wait until my tonality, talking slowly, my ahs and ums, my mindset (fuck worthy levels increases,) boundaries, self amusement, just auto correct itself by going out. As a hardcase, it doesn't matter what I do, to try and speed things up, it will take a while and you just have to accept it. The mistake I made is I need to be sarging 4 days a week for 4 hours a day. I believe I'm hitting around 2 days and 3 hours. I need to increase the time I spend infield lol. I still believe in writing my field reports as it hone's my game super fast. That also needs to be done. I do sometimes find it hard as I'm working on other stuff that's not game related. I guess what's important is keep up the FRs and sarging ratio 50/50.

What is happening is by spending more time with girls, my tonality is transitioning and becoming deeper. There is a girl I just made friends with from cold approach. I saw her twice now. I''m going to see her for the third time. I noticed by spending time chatting to her and writing other FRs, things are starting to auto correct itself. I feel spending time with her every week might be a bit too much. I might need to cut that by once every 2 weeks. If i feel I'm not improving with her anymore, then I will cut it to every 3 weeks.

The other thing I feel sad about is when I watch infield of other pua's. I know their non verbals and banter is sorted and when I listen to myself. I'm realised I'm quite far away lol. You know they are going to get laid and I have a lot of sorting out to do before anything happens. So sad :/

I briefly listened to my tonality and it's transitioning. Sometimes it's high pitched and sometimes it's low pitch, also now it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I need to listen in more to see.

NOTE: at the moment, you're talking about bland topics. I feel you need to watch more infields or self amusement materials.
