What up GC Forums-

Where do you dedicated lifters buy your protein powder? In the past I have bought mine from Max Muscle, but I'm sure I can find cheaper solutions that are just as effective or even more so. I go hard 4 times a week, and do heavy and intensive powerlifting, if you need specifics for a recommendation. I am 6'3" 200 lbs. and under 10% body fat. I am looking to keep putting on muscle as I have been. Haven't had the need to go through a cut phase yet.

Thanks!

Max Muscle worked for me in the past. Most of those "natural" powders don't do much unfortunately.

Under no circumstances should you try Herbalife.

Came here to say this. Max Muscle has a brand called "Gourmet Pro" and oh my God it's literally the best whey protein I've ever had.

It's also got colostrum which is incredible for recovery... highly recommend it!
