Right now? I could be anywhere!
So you've got a nice sleep schedule, a nice diet and you're doing fairly alright with em ladies......question is:

When you work, is it unhealthy to push your body past fatigue and to continue without fail, mistakes or pausing. The only form of rest that you have is allowing yourself to work slower in order to continue the workflow.

Will working like this, even though it doesn't hinder your dieting or your sleeping or socialising, hurt you in the long run even though you have the willpower for it?

Just look at people who work high-stress jobs, like presidents, chefs, primary school teachers, college students, etc. They look terrible. It takes a toll on you physically, and even if the stress doesn't literally kill you, it likely shortens your life span.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with working hard and pushing yourself a lot. But you do need to take a break occasionally, even if you're not completely stopping when you do. It's like going to the gym: if you literally go and work your body to exhaustion 7 days a week, it's likely to do some harm in the long run. Taking care of yourself should always be at the back of your mind.
