My doctor just did an interesting podcast on using shockwave therapy for ED.

Sounds kinda out there but the general idea behind it is the therapy stimulates the growth of new blood vessels in the penis. I didn't actually listen to the whole thing but I usually trust my doctor in sifting the "airy fairy" from the clinical science so I'm sure its viable.

Anyway just thought I'd share this a therapy to look into if you've tried addressing other root causes and haven't realized the results you were perhaps hoping for.

Cheers,

Oh cool I just found the research links for the meta-analysis's looking at all the clinical trials of the use of shockwave therapy for ED.

1. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28741629
2. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27986492
3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27321373

Research appears mixed but hopeful for responding:
There was a statistically significant improvement in pooled change in IIEF-EF score from baseline to follow-up in men undergoing Li-ESWT vs those undergoing sham therapy (6.40 points; 95% CI = 1.78-11.02; I2 = 98.7%; P < .0001 vs 1.65 points; 95% CI = 0.92-2.39; I2 = 64.6%; P < .0001; between-group difference, P = .047)

Worth exploring further for sure.

Mr. Rob,

Why not just use viagra? Assuming you don't have any contraindications.

Why would you want to depend on a drug to have sex the rest of your life if you could just fix the problem?

Assuming your under the age of 45 using viagra once a week for 30 years plus is pretty damn expensive and probably not sustainable given the risk for heart problems with extended use.

Have you tried not Jerking off? There is a post on Girlchase.com on this subject. From my personal experience I suffered ED when I was depressed and was into my feelings rather than on top of them in control. Sometimes we forget how much woman love to suck dick. That we become to soft to get our dicks hard.
