Hey so I'm young (21), in excellent/ tip top shape (power lifting 5 times a week, cardio/martial arts 3-4 days a week), and get enough rest but over the years I struggled with ED/Performance Anxiety at least some times sporadically over the past few years. I recently found a fucking cure, something that has worked so well for me and I'd like to share it. What made me resort to this was that my ED was getting bad, last school year I blew it with a girl I really liked who was a VERY attractive blond who I went on 5 dates with. The fifth date was at her place to watch a movie in her room, I got her naked, wanted to fuck her with all my might, but my dick was limp as a fucking noodle. The next major time/times were the 3 different girls I slept with during welcome week of school. For the first girl, my dick was rock hard when she gave me head, but when I put on my condom and try to fuck her, I was hard for a little while, then my dick would start to deflate =(. We did this off and on for a couple hours until I eventually gave up. Second girl was a girl me and my roommate were double teaming but my dick just wouldn't stay hard with her either so I just left his room to hit the gym while he finished her off. And the final straw was my current friends with benefit and my favorite type of women, this pretty little Asian girl. She was so ready for me to fuck her good and was even begging me too but the most I got was around 75% hard. Luckily, she liked me enough to give me another chance the following week, and by then I was a helluva lot better. So this is what I did and what has been working so well for me lately.

Vitamins... fucking vitamins

Yeah vitamins was one of the main things and I'll explain more about that but I also have to mention other very important factors as well. When I look back to some of the times when my ED flared up it was after periods of watching a lot of porn, usually after breaks in the school year when I would go home and not have access to a lot of girls for days and weeks at a time. During these times I was beating my dick like it stole something and was probably ejaculating from porn 4-5 times a day, talk about addiction. This was definitely the case with the blond I liked last year, after Christmas break we met up and I could not perform. So I guess the first step for me was
1.) Quit porn
- A lot of you guys probably heard of the website yourbrainonporn. This website seems like it helped a lot of guys but I wasn't into their recovery methods of NO MASTURBATION at all or something along those lines.If I'm wrong about that sorry but it does make sense why some guys should go cold turkey. There are different depths to porn addiction and I guess some men require more drastic measures than others.
- Porn addiction was pretty bad for me and I got to the point where after the 3rd time masturbating from porn in the day I would get bored with the regular hardcore porn and want something more extreme. I'd watch midget porn and even weird hentai shit just to keep myself going. I don't have a problem with people who in real life are attracted to these things but for me it wasn't a matter of real life attraction and desire. it was more of a shock value thing and something to feed my addiction.

- I was still masturbating and I still do but now it's no porn at all. It's just my good old imagination. Picturing girls who I interact with in real life, maybe seen on the street, or sometimes even fucking celebrities haha and when I do imagine these things I imagine me fucking them how I do in real life none of that extreme porn bullshit.
- Quitting porn is hard but Chase's article + Yourbrainonporn website can help lead you to it if you really want to stop being a slave to porn. Me personally, I just read your brain on porn for the testimonials. Before, I thought it was something seriously wrong with my dick and had no clue that other young men my age had ED just like me. SO when I read up on guys conquering it, I had hope that I could too.
- Other than porn I would also suggest cutting back on masturbation too
- When you can get hard just by imagination and masturbation, when you wake up with morning wood, and when you can get erections throughout the day, that's when you know you are over your porn addiction (well at least for me)

So quitting porn was very big I believe but this next step is vitamins/eating better/ physical fitness. But I put more emphasis on the vitamins because I was already eating OK (love junk food but my diet wasn't complete shit) and I've been a gym rat since 7th grade but only just started taking vitamins and supplements recently and seen great success. Plus taking the vitamins I'm about to recommend have very notable spillover effects not only your libido and dick game but on your strength in the gym and for building a leaner more muscular body.

The night after me and my current fuck buddy slept together (If my miserable performance can even be considered fucking her) she texted me the next morning after she left my apt. this "You still owe me, next time we'll both be sober so no distractions =P". However, the truth was that I have a past of ED even when I haven't drank at all, but that night I saw fit to blame it on the alcohol. I knew she'd be back the next week and I knew I had to fuck her really good this next time around if I wanted to keep her coming (sorry for the pun). So then I hit the internet, HARD, looking for a quick fix. Even though I was off porn for about a week at this point. My first thought was to try and get my hands on Viagra or Cialis. But those fucking pills are expensive as fuck, and thank God I'm a broke college student because I found an even better solution than those fucking pills. I eventually found out vitamins was a better option. There weren't really any major side affects to vitamins because these were things that our body naturally can produce. The vitamins and supplements I currently use are: L-Arginine, L-carntine, Pycnogenol, Krill Oil, Gingko Biloba, Men Multivitamin (the one daily ones), Creatine Monohydrate, and Whey protein. I only use creatine and whey because I lift, the benefits of Creatine can be found by Dr. Layne Norton here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/king-cr ... guide.html and I'm sure there are a ton of articles about the benefits of Whey protein.

2.) Vitamins
- I go to Walmart for all the vitamins above except Pycnogenol. For Pycnogenol I use the GNC brand.
- The benefits of Combining Pycnogenol with L-arginine seem to be the most effective for ED out of all the vitamins. For me I got them all because I wanted to get rid of my ED fast before I met this girl again.
- The side effects have been phenomenal. Most people online say that combining L-arginine and Pynogenol took months until they saw the results but for me, it was fast like within a couple days. This might have been due to the GNC brand of Pycnogenol because the review on that one said it happened much faster. Plus these vitamins really help for your strength and energy levels in the gym. I put on leaner muscle and have been lifting heavier/recovering faster since I've been using these vitamins.
- By the time I met up with her again, around 4-5 days later, I definitely improved. I was able to fuck her longer before going semi soft like every 10 mins, but when I did just some quick head with my condom on and I was back at it. Around a week after that, I fucked her with NO SIGNS OF ED AT ALL.
- Now, my libido is wayyy up, I wake up with morning wood, I get random erections sometimes when interacting with very attractive women, and best of all these vitamins are way cheaper than Viagra and i think have better spillover benefits.

3.) Just relax and picture doing whatever turns you on the most to her before you have sex. For me, while i was in the shower freshening up before my girl came over, I pictured her begging for my cum in her face. Also when you do have sex, focus on the positions that give you the most pleasure. Normally I do adapted missionary so the girl can enjoy herself the most but if you're overcoming ED then I'd suggest being a bit more selfish and doing the positions you love the most. When you do what feels really good to you, it's likely that it feels really good to the girl as well.

So that's my piece. Not an expert or anything, just a guy who dealt with ED off and on for a long time and I can tell that there is a real change in me this time since I decided to tackle this obstacle head on now.

Habit Changes

1. Quit porn. I usually go a month or two without watching any, then one night I might go back to it and don't notice any huge changes in libido (but I have a monstrous sex drive). I have natural friends who watch quite a bit of porn and never have ED issues (which points to the self-defeating thoughts ACTUALLY being the cause of most ED; they think the guys on screen are total studs but they're wimps)

2. Quit masturbating; I have my doubts that any guy can go 2 weeks without masturbating and have ED issues.

3. Healthy diet (I do Paleo and feel like a champ almost everyday now)

4. Lifting/martial arts - boosts your T-levels by a dickton.

5. Masturbate to your own thoughts OR erotic literature (I've always been a reader so erotic literature is actually quite hot for me)

During Sex

1. Get very dominating with your thoughts. Think "I'm going to destroy this pussy" or imagine you're some big fucking monster ripping her vagina apart.

2. Go raw - not smart but if you really need that good reference point, just stick it in without a condom.

The most powerful technique is definitely NoFap. I've been doing this a lot recently and my erections are harder than they've ever been; only issue then is coming quickly haha.

I have actually trained myself to last longer through masturbation. I read this somewhere, tried it, and it works. Masturbate about once per week, but when you do, make it great. Use some lube and take your time and enjoy it. If you just rub one out in 60 seconds then your body gets used to that. If you take 10 minutes (or more), your body will adjust to that too. I can pretty much go as long as I want nowadays, and can actually cum almost on command. Just have to speed up the rhythm a bit and concentrate, and then... splash :)
