Yup agree a 100 percent. I was referring to just the aspect of porn addiction. A guy who starts wanking to porn at age 9 and only gets with a girl for the first time at age 21 will have fucked up his brain a lot more than a guy who started banging girls at 15 and only started wanking to porn at 20.

That's great. Its high speed porn that's the problem. Imagine watching all kinds of gang bangs, fetish and kinky stuff non stop and jerking off to that and then you are presented with a regular cutie and your brain is like "What!!? This is it? I am using to seeing multiple girls doing crazy stuff. This sweet cutie with a smile isn't providing anything near the kind of stimulation I am used to. This is boring". And a limp dick ensues.
We need to agree just like many things, porn and fap will affect different guys in different ways... You need to see how it does affect you and be honest about it....
For me for example porn and fapping just increase my motivation, it does affect me at points in being present to the moment in sex, but it also could be that i have been with a high number of women... But if i am going to go out or have a date, obviously i don't fap pre-activity or have sex with a girl pre activity for obvious reasons.
A lot of ed issues comes to problems with anxiety in many dudes or hormonal issues, they blame it on porn.... But you just need to be honest with yourself and see how does it affect you personally....

I'm on nofap day 5...I'm going to continue it until 16 December.. It was borne out of competition because I did perform as well as I should have done. I hate losing out for the wrong reasons.
For me nofap : increases entitlement with chicks, killer or sensual eye contact, better state control, more energy/explosiveness this goes into convo's as well. It is is basically like a phone being on battery saving mode or on full power. Nofap is full power.
